Ylopo is an exciting, rapidly-growing, and well-funded real estate technology startup located in Santa Monica, CA. We help real estate teams and brokerages generate real estate leads to grow their business and build their brand through our cutting edge home search website experience and lead nurture platform.
Ylopo is looking for a Billing Admin with accounting experience who will be responsible for day-to-day support of our Billing Team..
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily billing activities including processing of invoices, data entry, and customer correspondence.
- Coordinate client communications
- Address internal billing inquiries from other departments
- Ad hoc assignments
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 - 2 years of AR and AP experience
- Experience with NetSuite or similar software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS-Excel
- Adaptable to working in a fast pace startup atmosphere and a cloud-based environment
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently
System Requirements:
- Processor should be 2 ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 or equal is highly required

- Ram should be at least 16 gig with 100 gb Free disk space
- MUST have a back-up Computer with the same specs as the main device
- A Headset with noise cancelling feature is a must

- Back up internet is a must (pocket wifi, prepaid wifi etc. but strictly no USB Sticks allowed)
- Back up power source
Shift Schedule: TBD (PST and EST)
Rate: starts at PHP 40,000
