- Automates of routine tasks through ServiceNow including design, creation, and administration of key components such as Forms, Workflows, Catalog Items, Metrics, Service Level Agreements, Reports, and Dashboards
- Combines business knowledge and analytic insight with programming skills to develop applications to meet specific business requirements
- Creates / modification of ServiceNow tables and/or views as necessary
- Develops and manage scripts, user interface, CMS portals, and other ServiceNow platform customizations
- Directly engage with customers to collect data, advise customers, develop solutions and advise customers to ServiceNow solutions.
- Load, transform, and maintain data interfaces between ServiceNow and other systems
- Monitors logs, performance, and overall health of ServiceNow instances
- Other job-related activities that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a minimum 2-4 solid years of ServiceNow Administration
- Experience Implementing and maintaining IT Service Management (ITSM) / IT Business Management (ITBM) Tools
- Experience with Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, and other ITIL process areas
