As the RTS Agent, you will manage all returned or undelivered parcels from Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and other platforms. Your role includes receiving, inspecting, verifying, and processing RTS (Return to Seller) parcels while ensuring accurate documentation and proper coordination for restocking, refunds, redelivery, or issue reporting. You will help ensure that all returned items are properly accounted for and processed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive all RTS (Return to Seller) parcels from couriers and verify them against expected platform returns.
- Log all returned parcels in the RTS monitoring system or logbook, including platform, tracking number, return reason, and date received.
- Verify original order details through Shopify or internal systems.
- Confirm RTS status with couriers such as SPX, Ninja Van, J&T, and Gogo Xpress.
- Cancel returned orders in the internal system to avoid duplicate processing.
- Contact customers to confirm if they still wish to receive their order:
- If yes, create a new order for reprocessing.
- If no, properly tag and proceed with RTS handling.
- Inspect returned items and assess condition (saleable, damaged, incomplete, etc.).
- Label, sort, and organize returned items for restocking, holding, inventory return, or reporting.
- Coordinate with customer service and marketplace teams for disputes, refund concerns, or platform-related issues.
- Monitor and report recurring RTS issues such as incorrect addresses, failed deliveries, damaged packaging, or customer refusal.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the returns processing area.
- Ensure proper handling and safekeeping of all returned parcels and inventory.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, e-commerce, returns processing, customer service, or order fulfillment is preferred.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, or similar e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory or parcel tracking systems is a plus.
- Willing to work onsite. (San Andres Bukid, Manila)
