As a Medical Operations Associate, you will be responsible for the efficient deployment and scheduling of full-time and reliever Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) across various client healthcare facilities. This role also includes actively recruiting new HCPs, addressing staff concerns, and ensuring consistent shift coverage and staff satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily deployment and scheduling of HCPs to maintain optimal staffing levels in healthcare facilities.
- Actively source, recruit, screen, and onboard full-time and reliever HCPs.
- Track and monitor HCP attendance and shift coverage performance.
- Handle HCP concerns and escalate them to the appropriate internal or client department when needed.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned, including telechecks and other operations-related duties.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required (Medical-related degree preferred)
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting schedules
- Good collaboration and teamwork skills
