Job Description

  • Memberikan pelayanan kepada pelanggan terkait pertanyaan layanan, menjawab pertanyaan dari pelanggan mengenai produk dan layanan, memberikan edukasi tentang produk, alur dan sistem , serta memberikan pelayanan yang tepat, cepat, dan efektif.
  • Menangani keluhan terkait isu teknis layanan, kendala operasi, dan kendala komunikasi antara pelanggan dan mitra, serta berkoordinasi dengan tim Operations untuk penyelesaian keluhan secara cepat dan efektif sesuai SOP.
  • Menerima dan memverifikasi permintaan layanan dari pelanggan, mengelola layanan dan meneruskan informasi ke tim operations, mengelola proses pengembalian dana, mengelola pencatatan tagihan dan melakukan penagihan, memonitor agar layanan diberikan sesuai dengan permintaan dan kebutuhan pelanggan.
  • Menyiapkan reporting yang sesuai standar.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Lulusa Sarjana dari jurusan/background apapun
  • Fresh Graduate atau memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun dibidang serupa
  • Kemampuan untuk multitasking, menentukan prioritas, dan mengelola waktu secara efektif.
  • Domisili: Yogyakarta
  • Skills: Administrative Skills, Negotiation Skill, Communication Skill, Customer Services, & Complaint Handling
