Technical Writer  

We are looking for a Technical Writer to create SEO-optimized blog articles for Philippine-based consumer and business audiences. The role involves conducting keyword and topic research, writing clear and engaging technical content, and ensuring all articles follow client guidelines and SEO best practices.

The Technical Writer will be responsible for proofreading, revising content based on feedback, adding official sources and internal links, and submitting high-quality, original content within deadlines. The Technical Writer should have strong research and writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to simplify complex technical topics. The expected output is approximately 10 blogs per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Primary + secondary keywords for each blog will be shared ahead of time, for which thorough topic research is to be done based on the target locale and demographic. (In this case, PHaudiences – both consumers and businesses)
• Create SEO-optimized blog articles and adhere to the client’s content guidelines. The unit required will be shared.
• To make changes/edits to both outline and content as required. Thoroughly proofread the article before handing it over.
• To add official sources and a screenshot of sources with date + time, URL (full page screenshot) within the draft.
• To add internal links as appropriate.
• No AI content to be copy pasted and shared as the draft.
• To strictly adhere to deadlines. Current output is 10 blogs per month.

Workflow process:

• Client will provide a brief with a fixed deadline (approx. 1 to 2 weeks from the date brief is provided). Within the brief, there will be keywords, intent, outline, unit (word count) and so on.
• The writer will get back with the 1st draft before the deadline.
• Client will go through the revision and provide feedback. Agency writer will make revisions based on feedback given, if any.
• Content is considered completed after the final revision

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in technical writing, content writing, or SEO content creation for digital marketing campaigns.
