Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with English speaking clients onboarding their new website builds
  • Help clients through email, phone, screen-share meetings.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Delegating Tasks or Project to Team members
  • Liaising with cross-functional internal teams including the customer service team and the website design project team to improve the entire customer experience
  • Monitor and assess client’s sites to ensure that we provide high-quality products
  • Gathering and refining specifications and requirements based on the needs of the client.
  • Ensuring to set correct expectations, timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client's needs and objectives
  • Meeting required monthly KPIs set by management
  • Will be reporting directly to US Branded Sites Manager

Minimum Qualifications

Job Requirements

  • Must have excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • Experience on CMS such as Squarespace, Wix or Wordpress is a plus
  • Project Management or Account Management experience
  • Knowledge on HTML/CSS is a plus
  • Must be an experienced, confident, and diligent problem solver
  • Must be hardworking and proactive
  • Must be willing to work full shift in PST Timezone

System Requirements:

  • Processor should be 2 ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 or equal is highly required
  • Must have the latest Operating System (Windows 11 64bit / Mac Ventura / Sonoma)
  • 16GB RAM with 100GB Free disk space
  • Must have a back-up Computer with the same specs as the main device
  • A Headset with noise cancelling feature is a must
  • 20 mbps minimum wired connection for main isp
  • Back up internet is a must (pocket wifi, prepaid wifi etc. but strictly no USB Sticks allowed)
  • Back up power source
