Conduct online 1-on-1 and batch trainings with clients Assist in onboarding new UTAK clients Deliver in-depth training on product usage, emphasizing key features, perks, and benefits Apply problem-solving skills to address client needs, creating effective workarounds for navigating the POS system Stay updated on new features and developments within the POS system to enhance training effectiveness Prioritize customer needs by conducting regular check-ins and addressing inquiries to support ongoing client learning Collect and analyze client feedback to refine training strategies and improve user experience Optimize internal processes and techniques to improve client training efficiency and effectiveness Maintain organized and accurate training records to support the team Collaborate with product, tech, support, and sales teams to align training efforts with company goals

Support the Head of HR in formulating and implementing strategic HR initiatives aligned with company goals Assist in monitoring and supporting the achievement of team KPIs to help maintain high performance standards Contribute to data-driven HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance tracking Take the lead on day-to-day recruitment efforts—job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating final selection with relevant teams Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet evolving hiring needs Stay updated on recruitment trends and recommend improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience Support employee relations by addressing concerns and grievances professionally and confidentially Help promote a positive workplace culture by organizing and coordinating employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building events and coworking days Assist in the communication and enforcement of HR policies and protocols, ensuring alignment with labor laws and internal standards Monitor attendance records and timekeeping systems, flagging inconsistencies and supporting resolution Provide administrative support for compensation, benefits, and performance evaluation processes Help develop programs that support employee engagement, growth, and retention, while tracking progress and impact Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding to ensure a smooth and welcoming integration into the team Maintain confidentiality and organization of HR-related documents, records, and employee files

Coordinate and manage training schedules using scheduling software, ensuring all slots are efficiently filled and updated in a timely manner Monitor and adjust appointment schedules based on client needs, priorities, and trainer availability Communicate with clients to confirm training sessions, resolve scheduling conflicts, and encourage timely training completion Proactively follow up with clients who have paid but have not completed training, especially those pending for 90+ days Encode and update store menus and item lists into the POS system with accuracy and speed Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across training, onboarding, and encoding databases Collaborate with internal teams to address concerns related to schedules, menu encoding, and onboarding requirements Assist clients with questions or concerns related to their training, appointments, and account status in a professional and courteous manner Analyze relevant data to identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance departmental processes and client satisfaction Support the planning and execution of department-level projects and initiatives, while assisting trainers and team members with administrative needs Continuously identify opportunities to streamline onboarding and scheduling processes to improve the overall client experience

Engage with clients via chat, email, and phone to facilitate timely monthly subscription renewal payments Follow up on pending payments and provide gentle reminders to clients Collect proofs of payment and accurately record transactions in the client database Assist in generating invoices and quotations based on client requests Address client inquiries regarding accounts, payment history, subscriptions, availed package details, and other finance-related matters Prepare and distribute Statements of Account to clients monthly via email Conduct regular calls to clients and maintain open lines of communication Collaborate with the finance team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and cascade necessary information as needed Contribute to the upkeep and accuracy of the client database, financial transactions, payment trackers, etc. Participate in tracking and monitoring financial performance, KPIs, churn, competitor activity, and the like to identify strategic opportunities for financial and operational growth as well as client acquisition and retention
